I've spent 12 years explaining AI/ML products to people who don't care about technology. (They care about what it does.) That's taken me from autonomous haul trucks to predictive analytics for utilities to a deep dive into MLOps to whatever's happening with LLMs right now. The main thread: I'm the guy who sits between the engineers and everyone else, translating until both sides stop squinting. Right now I'm at Kite, where we're building websites that take care of themselves. It's an AI-native website thingy for solo professionals who'd rather run their business than spend an hour trying to center a div. I lead positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and growth.
